The Youth Educational Awareness Program (YEAP)

Canada Safety Council ATV Training for Youths ages 6 to 11

Y.E.A.P. is a non-profit program aimed to deliver life-long injury reducing skills to youths aged 6 to 11 whose parents support their children’s ATVing activities.

With more and more families riding together on private and public trails, enrollment in this course is a fun way for any child to learn in one day what many riders take years to experience. Parents too learn and understand key principles to ensure family members reduce risk and increase their enjoyment every time they ride, even on more difficult terrain.

Course costs are kept to a minimum as to only cover costs of sustaining the program. We train a maximum of 4 students per course, which means more time for riding. Students who ride more learn more.

Our instructors and assistants are volunteers with years of ATVing and teaching experience. ATV’s and equipment are supplied by Y.E.A.P thanks to the generous contributions from our friends at Cartronics Motorsports of Napanee and BRP, the manufacturers of Can-am ATV’s, who recognize the importance of this program.

Courses fill up very quickly, so don’t hesitate to call for more information.
